Increase Mayhemic Thorns and Explosive Powder damage by 15%.

When Shield is refined to +13 or higher and Research Report is learned,
there's a low chance to gain Research Report status when performing melee physical attack.

When Shield is refined to +14 or higher,
there's a 40% chance to auto cast Lv.1 Cart Tornado and Lv.1 Spore Explosion when performing melee physical attack.
