Additionally, [Blessing of the North] is changed to [Blessing of the Four Elements], and the caster's S, MATK is increased for a certain period of time.
Deals additional damage depends on level of Talisman Mastery and Soul Mastery user learned, user's base level and SPL.
Damage property can be changed according to Mild Wind.
