Kicks the target with the power of the blazing sun,
inflicting melee physical damage to the target
and surrounding enemies around the target.
Damage additionally increases according
to the Sky Mastery skill level,
the caster's Base Level and POW.
If the Noon effect is active, it applies
half of the total Critical Damage
based on the caster's Critical chance.
