Effect
editPulls a live Mandragora from the ground that lets out a wild scream around the user. This scream has a chance of leaving enemies in howling status. This unique status effect reduces INT, drains SP and extends their Fixed Cast Time of all skills. Each cast consumes a Mandragora Flowerpot.
