effect will have their Movement slowed
significantly. Movement debuff
duration is affected by the target's
STR. Using Flicker skill on targets
affected by Bound Trap will remove the
trap and deal an additional damage to
the targets.
Only 1 Trap can be active at a time.
Damage additionally increases according
to the caster's DEX, target's HP and skill level.
Duration can't be lower than 4 seconds.
Consumes 1 Special Alloy Trap and 1 Coin.
