Oratio (Alt: Oratio) is a 3^rd class active skill available as Arch Bishop.

Effect

Attempts to place a debuff on all enemies in a 31x31 area around the user that decreases resistance to the Holy property. The success rate is calculated individually for each target.

Notes

Note: On iRO (Jan 4, 2022), the holy resist decrease is bugged and is half of what it should be. Jan 1, 2024 - still bugged.
- For example, level 5 decreases holy resist by 5% when it should be 10%
This skill affects all monsters, including Boss monsters.
This skill affects concealed enemies (Hiding, Cloaking, Hide).
Recasting this skill will not overwrite the duration of an afflicted target.

Applications

This skill is useful for revealing the presence and location of concealed enemies in castles during sieges.
