Use the Flicker skill to detonate Howling Mines and inflict additional Fire damage on the target and surrounding enemies.
Howling Mines can be detonated only by the Flicker skill. If left undetonated for 50 seconds, the Howling Mine will vanish.
Consumes 1 Shooting Mine.

[Level 2]: 600% damage + 1,100% explosion damage
[Level 3]: 800% damage + 1,400% explosion damage
[Level 4]: 1,000% damage + 1,700% explosion damage
