Full Divestment (Alt: Full Strip) is a Transcendent 2^nd class offensive skill available as Stalker.

Simultaneously casts Divest Helm, Divest Armor, Divest Shield and Divest Weapon.

Success Rate (%) = Base_Success_Chance + (DEX - Enemy DEX) ÷ 5

Duration (s) = Base_Duration + (DEX - Enemy DEX) ÷ 2

• Skill fails when used on a player with Full Chemical Protection.
• Can be used on Boss type monsters.
• Only shows animation on success.
• DEX difference between the caster and the target affects the success chance.
• If the success rate drops below base success chance, the base success chance will be used instead.
• The success rate is believed to be:
  • Duration = 135 seconds +/- 1 second per 2 difference in DEX between caster and target

• Drill Katar - Level 1; Autocast on target when physically attacking, Assassin Cross only
• Stalker Card - Level 1; Autocast on enemy when physically attacked
