Description: Draw a wind insignia on the ground
within 3 x 3 cells. Recover 1% of HP per 5
seconds, if the target is equipped wind property
armor or it is a wind property monster.
Conversely, decrease 1% of HP per 5 seconds, if
the target is equipped water property armor or it
is a water property monster. But all the targets
that are inside of skill range get 1.5 times more
damage from earth property attack. Consume
[Yellow Wish Point 1 / 2 / 3 ] depending on the
skill level.
[Lv 1]: Increase VENTUS's ATK by 20%. Recovery
amount of HP, SP per 3 seconds doubled.
[Lv 2]: Increase attack speed a bit. Weapon
property changes to wind property. Increase
physical ATK by 10%.
[Lv 3]: Decrease casting delay by 50% and
increase ATK by 25% in specific wind property
magic spell.
