An armor worn on top of normal armor for additional DEF. Can be equipped alone but needs a set to have any effect.

If refine level is +2 or above,
has 0.5% chance to cast each of these skills : Lv(refine level/2) [Lightning Bolt], [Cold Bolt], [Fire Bolt], [Earth Spike] upon inflicting normal melee physical damage.
For every refine level, chance to cast the above skills +0.1%.
