Battle Command (Alt: Battle Orders) is a special supportive skill available to Guild masters.

Effect

Places a buff on all guild members and allies in the Guild master's screen that increases their STR, DEX and INT by 5 for 3 minutes.

Can only be used inside War of Emperium maps.
The delay associated with this skill is the same delay that is associated with the skills Restoration, Regeneration, and Urgent Call. If a Guild master casts one of these, they cannot cast this skill until the 5 minute delay has enlapsed, and vice versa.
This skill also affects a guild's allies, not just members of the leader's own guild as the in-game description suggests.
