This quest or instance can be repeated. This quest or instance has a 23 hour cooldown period.

In the Eden Group kitchen, talk to Dally Quen (moc_para01 169/22)Paste Ingame. He asks you to find his Librarian girlfriend near the northeast library in Prontera.
Talk to Dally Quen's Library Girlfriend (prontera 195/263)Paste Ingame, just outside the library. She gives you a pen to deliver to him.
Return to Dally Quen, who adds one to your character's prize counter, rolls two dice and rewards you with an item based on the results of the die rolls.
- The first die rolls a number between 1 and 80.
- Your prize counter is then added to the first die roll. The second die rolls a number between 1 and 30.
- Each day you do the quest, he adds one to the prize counter, until you get a Grand Prize.
- After you get a Grand Prize, he resets the prize counter to 1.
- There are four prize tiers: Tier 1 (first die 1-50), Tier 2 (first die 51-80), Tier 3 (first die 81-90), and Grand Prizes (first die 91+).
- Winning a Grand Prize requires a die roll over 90, which means it can only be won every ten days.
