Fallen Empire (Alt: Fallen Empire) is a 3^rd class offensive skill available as Sura. This is one of the second skills of the "new combo skills" group, the other being Sky Blow.

Do an upward blow using your shoulders and fists to deal damage to a single target.

• Can only be used after Dragon Combo.
• After Fallen Empire, Tiger Cannon and Gates of Hell can be used.

• The total damage is inflicted in one bundle of 2 hits. This only affects the divisibility of the damage, which is rounded down.
• The damage is pseudo-elemental.

  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 25%.

• Automatic Orb (Fallen Tiger)
  • Increases damage by 15%.
  • If refine level is +7 or higher, increases damage by 3%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 7%.

• Wolf Orb (Tiger Empire)
  • Increases damage by 15%.
  • If refine level is +7 or higher, increases damage by 15%.
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 15%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 15%.
