Rune Midgard Allied Forces Posthttps://irowiki.org/wiki/Rune_Midgard_Allied_Forces_Post

Rune Midgard Allied Forces Post is a town in the New World. It provides access to the Splendide and Manuk field maps from where players can then reach the towns of Manuk or Splendide.

There exists a language barrier that prevents you from understanding certain NPCs; primarily the Laphine and the Sapha. While some things can be done on new world maps despite a language barrier (i.e. Warlock job change), most everything else needs the character to perform the Ring of the Wise King quest in order to solve the language barrier.
