  2. Talk with Grandpa Turtle (alberta_in 23/104)alberta_in.png, then choose "How can I get there?".
  3. Talk with the Sailor in Alberta (alberta 247/119)alberta.png, then choose "How can I get there?". He offers to transport you to Turtle Island for 10,000 zeny.
