Insect is a race of monster. Notably they are one of the two races to ignore all Hiding related skills, which include Cloaking, Stalk, Stealth, and Hiding itself. Cards which concern the insect race include:

• Anopheles Card: Adds a 0.5% chance of the 'Tentacle Cheese Gratin' item dropping when killing an Insect race monster.
• Bigfoot Card: Reduce damage from Insect monsters by 30%.
• Bloody Murderer Card: Inflict 10% more damage with Critical Attack. Critical +7 on Insect monsters.
• Boitata Card: Increases physical damage on Insect race targets by 40%.
• Caramel Card: Increase damage on Insect monsters by 20%.
• Deviace Card: Increase damage on Demi Human, Brute, Plant and Insect monsters by 7%.
• Galapago Card: Add the chance of gaining 'Apple Juice'/'Banana Juice'/'Carrot Juice' each time an Insect monster is killed. Juice item restores 50% more HP.
• Gargoyle Card: Add the chance of gaining 'Box of Thunder' item each time an Insect monster is killed.
• Giant Hornet Card: Add the chance of gaining 'Wind of Verdure' item each time an Insect monster is killed. Add 10% more tolerance against Wind Property Attack.
• Gig Card: Gain 5 SP each time an Insect monster is killed by Physical Melee Attack. Drain 5 SP as the weapon is unequipped.
• Gold Queen Scaraba Card: Reduce damage from Insect monsters by 10%. When headgear is upgraded to +9 or higher, reduced damage from Insect monsters by an additional 5%.
• Pinguicula Card: Increases magical damage on Insect race targets by 10%.
• Toucan Card:
  • Increases magical damage on Insect race targets by 10%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases magical damage on Fish race targets by an additional 5%.
• Skeleton General Card: Receive 10% more Experience Points from Insect monsters. Receive 20% more damage from Insect monsters.

Equipment which concerns the Insect race include:

• Cigarette: Reduces damage from Insect monster by 3%.
• Pipe: Reduces damage from Insect monster by 3%.
• Sunflower: Reduces damage from Insect monster by 10%.

• Agriculture Clothes [1]:
  • Reduces damage taken from Insect race enemies by 5%.
  • Reduces damage taken from Insect race enemies by an additional 1% per upgrade level of the item.
• Samael Dress:
  • If upgrade level is +7 or higher, increases physical and magical damage on Insect race targets by 10%.
  • If upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases physical and magical damage on Insect race targets by an additional 15%.
  • If upgrade level is +12 or higher, increases physical and magical damage on Insect race targets by an additional 15%.

• Gelerdria & Storm Stone Set: If Gelerdria upgrade level is +7 or higher, increases physical damage on Insect race targets by 30%. If Gelerdria upgrade level is +9 or higher, increases physical damage on Insect race targets by an additional 20%.

Skills concerning the Insect race include:

• Beast Bane: Hunter skill that increases ATK against the Brute and Insect races.
• Beast Charge: Hunter skill that is an advanced form of Double Strafe modified to do additional damage against Brute and Insect type monsters.
