Flamen (Alt: Framen) is a 4^th class active skill available as Cardinal.

Calls the power of holy spirits to inflict Holy elemental magic damage to the target and surrounding enemies.

• Deals additional damage against Demon and Undead race monsters.

• Striped Ribbon Hat [1]
  • For every 10 base levels, increases damage by 1%.

• Furious Crown (Cardinal) [1]
  • For every 3 refine levels, increases damage by 4%.
  • When equipped with Furious Saint Wand [2], increases damage by 15%.

• Venus Feather Armor-LT [1]
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 5% for every 3 refine levels.
  • If grade A, increases damage by 5% for every 3 refine levels.

• Saint Bringer [2]
  • Increases damage by 5%.
  • If refine level is +5 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • When equipped with Crown of Good and Evil (Cardinal) [1] -
    • For every 3 refine levels of weapon, increases damage by 4%.
    • If weapon is grade B or higher, increases damage by 10%.
    • When headgear is enchanted with Good Spell -
      • Increases damage by 15%.
      • When headgear is further enchanted with Good Vigor (Cardinal), increases damage by 20%.

  • For every 2 refine levels, increases damage by 7%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • When enchanted with Flamen Tuning Device -
    • Increases damage by 5%.
    • If weapon is grade D or higher, increases damage by 3%.
    • If weapon is grade B or higher, increases damage by 4%.
    • If weapon is grade A, increases damage by 6%.

• Poenitentia Crystallum [2]
  • Increases damage by 10%.
  • If grade D or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 8%.
  • If grade B or higher, increases damage by 12%.
  • When equipped with Poenetentia Glory Crown [1], increases damage by 8% for every 2 refine levels of weapon.

• Furious Saint Wand [2]
  • Increases damage by 5%.
  • If user's base level is 220 or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • If grade B or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • When equipped with Furious Boots [1], increases damage by 1% for every refine level in sum of refine levels.

• Ultio Magic Cloak-LT [1]
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 20%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 12%.

• Cardinal Ring [1]
  • For every 10 base levels, increases damage by 1%.

• Cardinal Stone (Garment)
  • Increases damage by 5%.
  • When equipped with Archbishop Stone (Upper), increases damage by 10%.

• Saint Mace-LT [2] + Heroic Token (Cardinal) [1]
  • If refine level is +10 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 10%.

• November 5, 2024
  • Reduces cooldown from 3 seconds to 0.3 seconds.
  • Reduces delay after skill from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
  • Reduces AP recovery rate from 3 to 1.
