Apply a buff to caster and surrounding party member For 900 sec, DEF+ 300, MDEF+ 100, increase Water magic damage and resistance to Water by 30%.

Ice wave damage increases by 50%.

Reduce the damage of the ice wave, but increase delayed damage by 150%

Increase Ice Wave's area of effect to 15x15 cells, delayed damage now deal damage to 5x5 area surrounding the target.
