Effect

Instantly moves the user to a targeted location. Requires the user to be in Hiding status (attainable through the Haze Slasher skill), which is removed upon using this skill.

Non snipe-able cells (obstacles that usually do not allow skills to be cast through them) cannot be bypassed.
Cloaking cannot be used as an alternative to Hiding.
