Star Burst (Alt: Star Burst) is a 4th Expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.

Effect
editUses the star constellation to drop a shooting star once every 0.3 seconds for 4.5 seconds within an area around it.
- Can only be used within the range of the caster's
Twinkling Galaxy. - Stops Twinkling Galaxy and focuses on dropping shooting stars towards a target.
- Inflicts melee physical damage the the target and surrounding enemies within 5x5 cells every 0.3 seconds for 4.5 seconds.
- Damage is additionally increased according to the
Sky Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
