Noon Blast (Alt: Noon Blast) is a 4th Expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.

Inflict physical damage to the target and all enemies around it. Damage is additionally increased according to the Sky Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW.

• Can only be used during the Sunrise or Noon effect.
• If the Noon effect is active, it applies half of the total Critical Damage based on the caster's Critical chance.

  • For every 3 refine levels, increases damage by 4%.
  • When equipped with Furious Sun Book [2], increases damage by 15%.

• Relapse Book [2]
  • For every 2 refine levels, increases damage by 5%.

• Furious Sun Book [2]
  • Increases damage by 5%.
  • If user's base level is 220 or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • If grade B or higher, increases damage by 10%.

• Origin of Life [2]
  • Increases damage by 5%.
  • If refine level is +5 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +9 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, increases damage by 5%.
  • When equipped with Crown of Good and Evil (Sky Emperor) [1] -
    • For every 3 refine levels of weapon, increases damage by 4%.
    • If weapon is grade B or higher, increases damage by 10%.
    • When helmet is enchanted with Good Spell, increases damage by 15%.

• Wicked Book [2]
  • For every 2 refine levels, increases damage by 6%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • When enchanted with Noon Blast Tuning Device -
    • Increases damage by 5%.
    • If Grade D or higher, increases damage by 3%.
    • If Grade B or higher, increases damage by 4%.
    • If Grade A or higher, increases damage by 6%.

• Polluted Grimoire [2]
  • For every 3 refine levels, increases damage by 30%.
  • If refine level is +11 or higher, reduce cooldown by 0.7 seconds.

• Sky Emperor Stone (Garment)
  • When equipped with Star Emperor Stone (Middle), increases damage by 10%.

• One Sky One Sun-LT [2] + Heroic Token (Sky Emperor) [1]
  • If refine level is +10 or higher, increases damage by 10%.
  • If grade C or higher, increases damage by 10%.
