Success Rate is influenced by caster's BaseLv, Dex, Luk, CRT and Weaponry Research Lv.

Creation = (Base_Lv − 200) × 3 + DEX + LUK + CRT + Random[x, y] + (Weaponry_Research_Lv × 15) - Item_Rate

x and y is proposed to be around -400 and 0 respectively.

Output is determined by comparing two values: Creation and Difficulty.

Output:

• If Creation > 700, creates the maximum number of potions allowed.
• If Creation > 450, creates 4 potions below the maximum allowed.
• If Creation > 0, creates 5 potions below the maximum allowed.
• Otherwise creates 6 potions below the maximum allowed.
