Noon Blast (Alt: Noon Blast) is a 4th Expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.
Effect
Inflict physical damage to the target and all enemies around it. Damage is additionally increased according to the 
Sky Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
- Can only be used during the
Sunrise or 
Noon effect. - If the Noon effect is active, it applies half of the total Critical Damage based on the caster's Critical chance.
