16th Night (Alt: Izayoi) is an Expanded 2^nd class active skill available as Kagerou and Oboro.

Buffs the caster with 16th Night status. For the duration of the skill:

• MATK is increased by [(Job Level / 2) x Skill Level].
• Fixed cast time is reduced by 100%.
• Variable cast time is reduced by 50%. The variable cast reduction stacks multiplicatively with variable cast reduction from other sources (e.g. Malangdo Enchants).

• Recasting the skill before the skill still inflicts the cooldown, but does NOT reset the duration.
• The skill does not drain SP every second, despite the in game buff icon stating that it does.

• Rasen Fuma's Orb [1]
  • If Pure Soul is level 5, reduces cooldown by 25 seconds.
