Crimson Marker (Alt: Crimson Marker) is an Expanded 2^nd class active skill available as Rebel.

Effect

Mark a target with Crimson Death Mark, reducing its Flee by 10 and allows the caster to track the target on the mini-map.

Only a maximum of 3 Crimson Markers can be active at a time.
