Harmonic Lick (Alt: The Ring of Nibelungen) is a 2^nd class supportive ensemble skill available as Bard, Minstrel, Dancer and Gypsy.

Performs an ensemble that will grants random following buff to the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.

• Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 20%)
