Dawn Break (Alt: Dawn Break) is a 4th Expanded class active skill available as Sky Emperor.
Effect
editEmitting moonlight and inflicts melee physical damage to the target and enemies within the surrounding area.
- Can only be used during
Midnight or 
Moonset effect - Damage is additionally increased according to the
Sky Mastery level, the caster's Base Level and POW. - * Inflicts more damage if the Moonset effect is active.
